- Fit out of 15 New Industrial Units including Mezzanine Floors, Suspended Ceilings, Kitchenettes & Disabled W.Cs.
The London & Devonshire Trust were looking to provide an attractive and usable space to enhance the salabilty of their newly built "portal frame shells". Western Industrial Designed, Supplied and Installed the range of 15 units with individual facilities. The Multi purpose floors installed can be used as additional storage or for Production/Office space as disabled regulations were satisfied during the build by the use of wide ambulance staircases and the mezzanine structures were fitted with one hour fire rated supsended ceilings and column cases.
- A Very Successful Mezzanine Storage Floor Installation Within a Retail Environment.
Country Lanes Garden Centres in Okehampton urgently needed further storage space for stock to service their rapidly expanding business. Western Industrial were contracted to Design, Supply and Construct a Mezzanine Storage Floor with the main focus and emphasis based on the efficiency and speed of build.
The installation of teh Mezzanine Level was completed within one week and not only created 1800 square feet of new space but also enhanced the appearance of the retail area. - Warehouse Expansion Project to include the Installation of a Retail Mezzanine Level within the new Torquay B&Q.
Western Industrial were contracted to Design, Supply and Install a large scale Fire rated Retail Mezzanine for the UK's Largest DIY retailer B&Q.
This project included a Customer Lift installation and the manufacture of a bespoke Staircase and Hand Rail system to the specification of B&Q. - Large Scale Storage Mezzanine Project for JVC's London Distribution Centre.
The project included the Design, Supply and Installation of a Expansive Storage Mezzanine within JVC's newly built distribution centre in London.
Western Industrial designed the Mezzanine to fit between the ground floor of the unit and an existing concrete structure to create a two-tier storage section within the main warehouse, providing the client with an affordable, efficient solution to their brief. -

Western Industrial has gained the trust of Leading Garage Door Manufacturer Garador, providing them with Racking Solutions, Storage and Equipment Supplies for over 10 Years. Western Industrial have provided many Racking and Storage Solutinos for Garador over this period but our Multi tier High Racking Systems provide adequate warehouse storage for Garage Doors and Large "hard to store" items. Cantelever Racking is supplied to suit the needs of garage door running gear and accessories in the warehouse, depot and distribution centres.
